With over 12 years as a therapist, what keeps me in this work is simple: witnessing people discover their own capacity for change. The client who was certain their relationship was beyond repair, finding their way back to honest conversation with their partner. The new parent who felt like they were failing, recognizing they had been carrying an impossible weight without support. The person who had felt stuck for years, finally taking a step they never thought possible.
That’s what therapy can do when the fit is right. And finding the right fit matters to me.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Denver, Colorado, offering virtual therapy sessions throughout Colorado. I hold a master’s degree and have spent my career working with people navigating relationship challenges, the transition into parenthood, major life changes, and the lasting effects of trauma.
My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence. I use EMDR for trauma processing, DBT skills for managing intense emotions, and mindfulness-based practices to help clients reconnect with themselves. But beyond any specific technique, what I’ve learned over 12 years is that the relationship between therapist and client is what makes everything else work.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, even about the things you haven’t said out loud yet. I’m not here to judge you, fix you, or hand you a script. I’m here to walk alongside you while you figure out what needs to change and help you build the skills to make it happen.
I offer a free phone consultation for all prospective clients. It’s a chance for us to talk about what’s going on, ask each other questions, and see if working together feels right.
