Free 20-Minute Phone Consultation for every prospective client. This is a chance for us to talk, ask each other questions, and determine whether we’re a good fit before committing to anything.
Rates
Individual Session (50 minutes): $165
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, cash, and HSA cards.
INSURANCE
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement from your insurance company.
Here’s how it works: you pay the full session rate at the time of service, and I provide you with a detailed superbill (a receipt with all the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurer needs). You submit the superbill to your insurance company, and they reimburse you directly based onour plan’s out-of-network benefits.
If you’re unsure whether you have out-of-network coverage, I’m happy to help you figure it out. You can also call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask: “Do I have out-of- network benefits for outpatient mental health services?”
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged the full session fee.
